2.2 Tracking Updates: Once your package is shipped, tracking information may not update immediately while it clears customs. Tracking generally updates within 48-72 hours after this process.

3. Order Cancellation or Modification

3.1 Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled free of charge before receiving an initial tracking number, typically within the first 24 hours. Please contact our customer support team with your order number for cancellation requests.

3.2 Order Modification: You may also request changes to your order within the first 24 hours or before a tracking number is assigned.

4. Delivery Attempts and Receiving Your Order

Our shipping partners will attempt delivery to the address provided. If no one is available to receive the package, they will leave a notice or provide instructions to reschedule delivery or collect the package at an authorized location. Please ensure the address provided is correct and complete to avoid delivery issues.

4.1 Delivered But Not Received: If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend waiting a few additional days. We cannot issue credits for orders marked as delivered to the correct address.

4.2 Package Pickup: If the package is available for pickup, this information will be included in the tracking details.

4.3 Consideration of Lost Packages: A package is considered lost if there are no tracking updates for a continuous period of 20 days.

5. Return to Sender Policy

5.2 Recipient Unavailable: If the recipient is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, the package may be returned. We do not process refunds in such cases.

6.2 Incorrect Product or Model Received: If you received an incorrect product or model, please send a picture of the received item and the packing slip. We will arrange to resend the correct item.

6.3 Damaged or Defective Parts: If an item has any damage or defect, please provide a photo of it. We will arrange for replacement parts to be sent to you at no additional cost.
